Standard UK Next Day Delivery 1-2 Working Days £4.95 Orders Placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day and aim to be delivered next day. Should you live in a remote or island location, please allow an extra day for your goods to arrive. This service is not available at Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Click & Collect Next Day Free Collection will be available next working day after 3pm. (Greenock Store)

At Chateaux De Chez, we are pleased to have teamed with DPD and DHL to provide a premium next day service as standard, servicing all UK mainland, Highland & Island and Northern Ireland locations.

Orders place after 1pm, will be dispatched the next working day. Service not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Europe  2-3 Days £9.95 Orders placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. We offer priority delivery only on EU deliveries.
Rest Of The World  3-5 Days £14.95 Orders placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. We offer priority delivery only on rest of the world deliveries. (Please note: due to current restrictions, we are unable to dispatch goods to the United States and Canada)

All Europe & Rest of the World deliveries will be handled by DHL on a priority tracked delivery service as a minimum.

Depending on your location, a signature may be required to verify delivery is complete, this will be for countries where the tracked service requires a signature to verify a confirmed delivery. (See terms and conditions)

We recommend you download the available applications to provide you with the full range of options both carriers have available. These include various in-fligth options such as requesting to leave your package with a neighbour or delivering to alternative address. It also offers full tracking visibility on your delivery and comes with up to date notifications, including a 1 hour delivery time slot.



We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).


Please email in the first instance to notify us of your intention to return.

Within the package, please include your name, order number and how you wish the return to be processed.

Please state the reason for your return.

Please ensure that you wrap the package securely.

Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached. Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.


We now offer a premium returns service a standard, in which you can arrange your return to be collected from your home or delivery address, back to us. Should you wish to use this service, please let customer services know when you email and we can arrange everything for you. (Standard rates apply and will be deducted from any refund)

We recommend that you use a tracked service.

For all returns, you are responsible for ensuring the correct amount of insurance cover has been arranged.


Upon receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).

The details of this will also be posted to your account.

Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
